Salted caramel popcorn cake
I’m doing a blog post on each of my items on my menu. This is one of my most popular cakes. The choice is either chocolate or vanilla. It is covered in my homemade salted caramel buttercream, drizzled with a salted caramel sauce and then topped with more buttercream and caramel popcorn.
I also make it in a mini version. Measuring in at 10cm diameter and about 13-15cm in height, it’s a real cutie and perfect for a couple celebration.
I love how versatile it is to decorate this cake too, from over the top to simplistic.
