strawberry vanilla sponge cake

A delicious light cake perfect for spring and summer days!

This cake is decorated as you see in the photo, simply with freshly whipped cream and strawberries.

Ingredients: Gluten-free flours: tapioca, white rice, corn starch potato starch, xanthan gum, milk, vinegar, salt, baking powder, bicarb, sugar, vanilla essence, egg, strawberries and cream.

NOTE:  I don’t bake for birthdays, buy cake as is.
