Dairy-Free Orange and Almond cake

Orange and Almond cake is a lovely fresh, zingy, citrus cake.

Almond flour is naturally gluten-free and is a good source of fiber, magnesium and vitamin E which is an excellent source of antioxidants.

The cake is light and springy. One layer cake with a citrus icing drizzle.
