A yummy moist gluten-free and vegan chocolate cake!

20cm diameter (fruit on top depends on in season) otherwise decorated with buttercream.

Ingredients: GF flour: tapioca, potato and rice, xanthan gum, vegetable oil, sugar, vegan plant butter, cocoa powder, bicarb, baking powder, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, icing sugar, vanilla essence
