NOTE: Sugar Free Carrot cake is made with Erythritol. The Cream cheese is made with cream cheese and erythritol and is spreadable and will not be as thick as regular icing, therefore will look different as far as decorations go (no fancy piping)
NOTE: Coconut sugar carrot cake contains coconut sugar in the cake but the icing is still made with regular icing sugar and cream cheese, please say if you prefer the icing to be made with erythritol and cream cheese in which case the cake will not have any fancy piping, more like a spreadable frosting all over and on top as seen in the photos.
