Madeira cake

Madeira cake is a perfect cake to use for trifle or puddings.

It’s lovely on it’s own too or with whipped cream and Jam.

This is for a single loaf cake (no toppings/icings). It can be tightly wrapped in cling wrap and then frozen for later use.
