cream butter and sugar until light then add egg
add in flour, baking powder, spices until crumbly
Add the extra tapioca flour until crumbly
press half into a pie dish, blind bake for 10 min
Remove rice and bake for another 5 min
In a bowl slice the apples and add the lemon juice and sugar
add the apple slices to the prebaked pie shell and the juice
Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the top and add some more cinnamon and sugar and the almond flakes
bake for 50min until golden on top
Cool on rack, serve warm with cream
