Peanut crunch bars

Peanut crunch bars

These bars are:

  • gluten-free
  • dairy-free
  • reduced sugar (only sugar in the dark chocolate)
  • healthy
  • free from preservatives, additives.

Ingredients: Coconut cream, coconut flour, no sugar/salt peanut butter, raw unsalted peanuts, dates and dark chocolate (no dairy, but has sugar in it)

A healthy chocolate bar. They are glazed with a coconut cream and chocolate ganache ( which I will leave off next time, because it makes it messy to eat, even though totally delicious). I like these bars because the dates add all the sweetness you need with a slight caramel note and the bar is crunchy from the peanuts. Next I want to make these using other nuts like almonds and almond butter. These bars must be stored in the fridge. Take them out when you want to eat them. They can also be frozen.

New: Millionaire Shortbread

Millionaire Shortbread Squares

The Shortbread is made in a French style: buttery and crumbly and so good!! Next is a caramel layer made in the Scottish method for millionaire shortbread (using butter, syrup and condensed milk) and lastly topped with a dark chocolate coating.

Chocolate Truffles

Chocolate truffles

Chocolate truffle box. Two ingredients truffles : dark chocolate and cream rolled in raw cacao powder, pecan pieces, coconut and chocolate vermicelli. They must be stored in the fridge until consumed.

Coconut peanut bars

Coconut peanut bars contain: Desiccated coconut, coconut cream, peanut butter, vanilla, dark chocolate(no dairy) and topped with pecan pieces. Contains no dairy, no gluten. These bars can be stored in the fridge for 10 days or frozen and enjoyed whenever you would like. They are much healthier than commercial bought chocolates and contain less sugar per bar. If you are vegan or just would like something dairy free, this is also a great option. These bars must be stored in the fridge and not suitable for taking with on a hike or in a hot car, they will melt! Take out the fridge and enjoy straight away. You can freeze them.
