This delicious vegan chocolate ganache tart can be ordered via my order page. The shortcrust pastry is vegan, flakey and delicious. The chocolate filling made with just two ingredients: dairy free dark chocolate and coconut cream.
I added some blueberries and raspberries as it needs some freshness to cut through all that rich, deep and dark chocolate!
And a little bit of vegan caramel sauce drizzled over the top…because…well why not?!
The tart is so good on it’s own, but you could certainly have it with whipped coconut cream and a cup of coffee.
I’m just rambling now because I wanted to post more photos of how pretty it is. (ha ha)
I find that with ganache the best ratio is a 2:1 ratio. Chocolate being 2 and cream being 1. Basically whatever amount of chocolate you use, half the amount of cream. It creates the perfect thick ganache that sets and is slice-able. Comments have been enabled now, It was brought to my attention recently that it was not working.
