Recipe: Peanut butter/chocolate Antioxidant smoothie

The start of Spring always gets me into smoothie mode.

Smoothies are a healthy and quick way to get a lot of healthy benefits in when it’s just too hot to eat a actual meal or you’re on the go and you want something filling and easy.

Try this antioxidant packed smoothie, with blueberries, raw cacao powder and my smoothie mix for protein, fiber and daily fruit intake.

Peanut butter/chocolate Antioxidant smoothie

A healthy antioxidant packed chocolate smoothie

Total Time 5 mins
Servings 2 people


  • ½ cup plain, unsweetened yogurt
  • A handful of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp smoothie mix *available in my shop
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup almond milk


  • In a smoothie maker jug/blender add all your ingredients and blend for a minute until smooth and thick. For a cold smoothie, use frozen blueberries or frozen banana chunks.
