
Wraps are one of those easy, tasty lunches! And so healthy too: take all your salad ingredients and stuff them in a grain-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, egg-free wrap and you have a super healthy lunch for work, school, home, on the go, whenever! So you can eat these if you are intolerant to gluten, dairy or egg. If you are not intolerant they are still a healthy option free from additives and preservatives. They also contain fiber and protein from the almond flour and healthy fats.

The great thing about these wraps is that they do not crack when you fold them. The trick is to keep them individually wrapped in clingfilm, either in a zip lock bag or in an air tight container in the fridge. Take them out half an hour or so before you want to use them to let them get to room temperature. If you take them out the fridge and make them while still cold, they will crack. Alternatively, warm them up on a plate in the microwave for 20 seconds just to take the chill off.
