Sometimes you want a cake, but you don’t want a huge cake! My mini cakes are perfect for such a time. They are about 10cm in diameter and about 13-15cm in height. Each mini cake has two layers. One cake is actually enough for 4 small slices or two large slices. They make great gifts and are perfect for romantic occasions like a wedding anniversary.
