2022 Limited Summer Editions
Starting from 11 January 2022 and running until the end of February 2022, I will be offering some limited summer editions to my menu, such as classic peppermint crisp tart, no-bake cheesecake fridge tart, pineapple fridge tart, peppermint crisp pudding.
2022 Monthly Gluten Free Snack Subscription Box
My first monthly subscription box is a Gluten Free snack box. You will get 6xdate squares, 9 bliss balls, 6x peanut butter oat squares and 6 rice crispy treats. This snack box is perfect for healthier school snacks, work snacks or even post workout snacks. All snacks must be kept in the fridge and should last at least 3 weeks. They are also all freezable for 2 months.
Everyday and stand out Cakes
My Everyday cakes are two layer cakes. They are perfect for everyday enjoyment or a nice extra treat for the weekend! All my cakes are made with gluten free flours (tapioca, white rice, potato starch, almond flour) sugar, milk, free range eggs, butter, baking powder, bicarb, xanthan gum, vanilla essence, salt. I do not use preservatives or additives. I can use a non dairy milk and sugar alternative like coconut sugar in some bakes and erythritol for sugar free. My Cheesecake is a New York style cheesecake made with cream cheese, sour cream and eggs. It has a gluten free shortcrust base. Since it needs to set overnight, a cheesecake is not available the same day of order. I also offer a refined sugar-free cheesecake. My Standout cakes are all three layers. They are more for a special occasion like an anniversary, baby shower, kitchen tea, etc. (Please note I do not make cakes for birthdays. )They can be decorated simply or for an additional fee, with fresh flowers. I can also offer dairy-free, sugar alternatives and grain free cakes.
My Mini cakes are super cute. They are about 10cm in diameter and range from 12-15cm in height depending on the decorations used. They are two layers. They are perfect for two people.
My tarts are either made with a raw grain-free base or a shortcrust base. Fillings can be vegan and sugar free or otherwise. Flavors are varied like dark chocolate tart, blueberry cheesecake filling. Sizes also differ from 10cm up to 20cm.
My chocolate bars are all handmade. They are raw in that they are not baked. Peanut chocolate bars: coconut cream, coconut flour, peanut butter, dates, peanuts and dark chocolate. Coconut chocolate bars: syrup, coconut, peanut butter, coconut cream, vanilla essence, desiccated coconut, dark chocolate. They need to be stored in the fridge in an airtight container and will last about 2-3 weeks and can be frozen if wrapped / sealed properly for up to 3 months.
Cupcakes orders start with a minimum of 6. Flavors vary. My cupcakes are light, fluffy, moist and really delicious. Made with quality ingredients.
NEW RECIPE: I am now using a new recipe for my wraps. New and improved. The wraps are still vegan. They are soft and pliable and last a good 3 days if stored in an airtight container. They have more of a “wheat” taste (although gluten free) due to the pysllium husk .
My millionaires shortbread is a labor of love. You will not find anything more delicious, utterly decadent and wickedly sugary on my menu! The shortbread is made using a French sable recipe which is very delicate and crumbly butter shortbread that melts in the mouth. A homemade Scottish caramel layer, topped with dark chocolate. Sold in a box of seven squares. Ingredients: gluten free flours : tapioca, potato, rice, cornstarch ; xanthan gum, butter, sugar, vanilla essence, salt, syrup, condensed milk, dark chocolate.
I offer a wide selection of brownies to suit different dietary needs. The classic brownie is thick and fudgey ingredients: gluten free flours, dark chocolate, butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla essence, cocoa powder and pecan nuts. Sugar Free brownies ingredients: almond flour, erythritol, butter, dark chocolate, cocoa powder, eggs, vanilla essence, salt and nuts. I can also make the sugar free brownies dairy free. The date brownies are egg free, dairy free (vegan) and sugar free. Ingredients: dates, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, salt, almond flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum, almond milk, baking powder.
Vegan Millionaires Shortbread
My vegan millionaires shortbread ingredients: gluten free flours, icing sugar, vanilla essence, salt vegan plant butter, sweetened coconut condensed milk and syrup.The dark chocolate layer is a dairy free chocolate layer. Sold in a box of 8 squares.
My Quiches are made with my lovely gluten free shortcrust pastry and a few flavor combinations are available for you to choose from. A quiche can easily feed 8 people (one slice each) or a family of four with 2 slices each. They are also freezer safe. See my order form for the different flavors you can choose from. Ingredients : gluten free flour, xanthan gum, egg, butter, salt, full fat cream, cheese, herbs and according to what the flavor is: vegetables, bacon .
I have a few premixes available: chocolate chip cookie, pancake, smoothie mix, vegan wraps and scones. These premixes are my own recipes that I have developed and using my own flour combination, packaged for you to enjoy making at home. You can have the knowledge that they are tried and tested and much loved recipes.
