Here at Bonnie’s Gluten Free Bakery it’s the month of the healthier gluten free snack!

Personally I find gluten free snacks are not easy to come by and when they are available, they are filled with preservatives and unhealthy additives, not to mention are expensive. My aim is to provide healthy and affordable snacks for all.

THE HEALTH NUT BAR

This chocolate bar is so healthy and nutty. No added sugar/salt peanut butter is used, mixed seeds and nuts and shredded coconut for a crunchy snack. Sugar Free and dairy free chocolate is used which makes these bars sugar-free, dairy free and vegan.

RICE CRISPY TREATS

This is a gluten free, vegan and healthier treat with just the right amount of crunch. Made from gluten free rice crispy’s, no added salt/sugar peanut butter, golden syrup, coconut oil, vanilla essence and chocolate.

DATE SQUARES

These are my favorite go-to snack in my fridge! They contain gluten free shortbread cookie, coconut sugar, dates, butter, egg , shredded coconut and vanilla essence. Gooey but slightly crunchy too. You’ll be addicted too!

PEANUT BUTTER OAT SQUARES

As Far as healthier treats go, these are still better than a lot of commercial snacks. With just 5g of sugar per square. They contain gluten free oats, no added sugar/salt peanut butter, golden syrup, chocolate and coconut oil.

DATE BLISS BALLS

Date balls are one of those pop-your-mouth snacks. You can literally pop an entire date ball in your mouth! Perfect for on-the-go, school lunch boxes, work out, work snacks. Healthy with no added sugar. They contain dates, seeds and nuts.
