Starting next week, I am offering ready-made gluten free dinner meals for order.
I’ve put a poll out on my Instagram and the most popular meals are pasta dishes as well as the classics like Cottage pie, curries, stews, and all the warm, comforting dishes we want in winter. Since March marks the start of Autumn, the weather will start to change and I think this is a good time to introduce my meal offer.
As the seasons change, so will my menu. The deeper we get into Autumn and winter, the more comforting and homely my meals will become. I am hoping they will wrap you up like a warm blanket! And then (if all is going well by then) spring will be the introduction of lighter meals and summer light meals focusing on less carbs to lighten the load.
Gluten free ready made meals are very hard to come by. I know, I have looked! I don’t like cooking on the weekends and If I could, I would buy ready made meals every now and then, but there is not much available.
